PAYMENTS & MEDICARE REBATES

TeleHealth Appointments

Telehealth appointments are video appointments.
Medicare Rebate's subject to your eligibility (Not applicable if your are overseas at the time of your appointment).
Shortly after booking a telehealth appointment you will be sent via an email your invoice to pay (this is prior to your appointment day).
Medicare Rebates will be sent on your behalf.
You are required to pay in full at least 24hrs prior to your appointment (Invoices are sent via email prior to your appointment).
If you need to adjust your appointment you can do so via the online booking link. If you wish to cancel please email or call our office, our policy is we will re-imburse you in full if you're unable to make or need to cancel appointment, we just ask you contact us as soon as possible to make this time available for other patients.
On the Day (only minutes prior to your appointment) you will be sent the Telehealth Video link. If you need to call or email the office to confirm the link, please do so.
