Hormonal Health Specialist Centre is a private service provider. Typically payment in full is expected at the time of the appointment. The practice will lodge a claim on some of the fees back from Medicare if patients have a referral letter from their GP or another specialist provider.

Phone consultations are generally only offered for urgent updates or upon patient request between appointments, and only for individuals already known to the practice.

The practice provides online appointments, providing flexibility and availability. Costs for telehealth appointments are generally the same as face-to-face appointments.

Repeat Scripts

Medicare Rebates
It is recommended that you obtain your repeat scripts from your GP. We would encourage you to regularly see your GP in-between your specialist appointments.
If it is not possible to see your GP for the script, repeat scripts can be requested by telephone or email with a fee of $20 for the medication.
Please allow at least 1 - 3 days for requests to be processed.
